If I could give more stars I would. Buying a home is stressful in itself but Nicole Leahy made this whole process amazing. There wasn’t any point where I was stressed or overwhelmed. The communication and guidance she provided throughout this whole experience, not only helped us become home owners, but it also helped in understanding all the details involved. Most importantly, Nicole is an amazing human being - she’s genuine, incredibly responsive, has an amazing sense of humor (needed in this market!), and is hands down the most enjoyable agent I’ve ever worked with. Nicole is AMAZING! We have purchased and sold many homes over the past 10 years, and with that have used many realtors. I wish we had found Nicole years ago - she is by far the best agent we've ever used. Yesterday, Nicole sold our first home and I couldn’t be more impressed with her work ethic and professionalism. Before I committed to listing with Nicole, she would answer emails at all hours while I still attempted to list my house as “for sale by owner” (huge mistake). I was getting bombarded with calls from other real-estate companies, but Nicole was never pushy and was genuinely happy to help. It didn’t take more than a few days until I realized I needed to let her take over and sell my house. Best decision I could have ever made. My home had tax assessment issues, home inspection hurdles, and appraisal delays but Nicole never stopped solving problems and easing my concerns. She carried us to the finish line and I got exactly what I wanted for the house. Her energy and genuine concern for her customers’ well-being is incredible. You will not regret working with Nicole.

I was a first time home buyer and Nicole was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She was always available for questions and would get back to me immediately. She also was very patient and willing to give her opinion, but would leave the final decisions up to you and not push you into something that you didn't want to do. The market had a very limited supply when I was looking and I was still able to buy a home that fit all my needs with the help of Nicole. I highly recommend going with Nicole when you're looking for a new home. As a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and she was always prepared to not only answer them but break down all the options and reasons in a way that was easy to understand. She made the whole searching and buying process much easier, scheduling viewings and walkthroughs in ways that we could easily tackle a few in a day without rushing and plenty of time to take in the area and ask any questions I needed to. She came prepared to every viewing and took her time to point out any pros and cons of the units I may not have noticed on the walkthrough. She's easy to talk to and very kind too!
