A bajillion stars for Nicole Leahy💖. The whole concept of agency is paying someone to put YOUR NEEDS above their own. It is a really hard position to be in, to trust that an expert is going to do their ultimate best for you, the way that you would do it if you had the skill set, and no one cares as much as you do. Not only does someone need to perform their best, they need to have all the resources/ options possible to pick and choose which ones are going to serve your specific sale the best. I made a mistake and hired a friend. My friend had one open house, no private showings and two offers to choose from... the best offer was 760. I canceled the listing and went on a rampage interviewing the best that Andover had and serendipitously ran into Nicole. Everyone was top notch, but missing something for me. Nicole had everything I could possibly think of and more. The 'and more' is important- I know things. But if I am hiring an expert, I want them to get the the things I don't know about that are in my best interest. That's her, in spades. She absolutely killed the listing in every way possible. We ended up selling for 825 which was the best outcome possible if the stars aligned and I'm telling you ✨ NICOLE MADE THE STARS ALIGN ✨. She had my back every single minute of every single day.
